David's little head jerked up to stare in the direction of the noise. *God he lookd so small* John thought. Tiny was a better word for it. Humans carried to term in about nine months, minbari in about eight. Delenn only carried to late until the sixth month. David opened his mouth and let out a scream. *Man for a four moth old, he had a huge set of lungs... Susan had said no wonder, considering how loud and attetion wanting his parents were* He'd lightly punched her arm. John got up and wet to pick up his infant son. *Yep light all right, still he looked like his mother.... Headbone wasn't fully formed, didn't devlop completely until mid way through the seventh month and being a premee had cause its growth to be delayed. His eyes were green... Probably to stay* As John looked down at the infant in his arms, David opened his mouth and yawned, before staring up at his father would clear green eyes. It felt so good to hold the munchkin. He'd been in med-lab for half of his life... Two long agonizing months... He and Delenn had practically lived in med-lab. "But that's over now David, isn't" He held david up in front of his face "Isn't it? Yes it is. Yes it is." He put his nose in David 's belly button. "Yes it is. I love you. Yes I do" David gave off infant squeals of happiness. John moved to cuddle his son again. Delenn would be home soon. The men of the house had to get ready for dinner... She reads my other stuff and helps me come up with ideas. Thanks to Maria, Mary and Elizabeth. You know who you are, you fellow teenagers you. Summary: John & David spend some time alone with insightful comments from John. It stands alone. Reading II isn't suggested if you didn't like I. Reading I isn't nessary for understanding two.
