And it was the fifth and last of a great dream, a dream which the humans finally got right on their fifth try, no thanks to the Shadows, who had decided the blow up the first three on a lazy sunday afternoon. No thanks, also, the crew of this fifth station, for though they did not yet know it, they were the ones who were going to have been stealing babylon 4. But yea, that was not important. What was important was this station, Babylon 5. And it came to pass that the leader of this great place, Sinclair the confused, was sent to Minbar. And a new man didst come to lead the station. And this man was Sheridan the Not-Quite-Dead, and his sidekick, Bob the Invisible, to whom SDheridan would speak at length when no one was around. And he did settle in as leader of this great place. And he didst read the journal entries of Sinclair the Confused, and didst quote him to the staff when he didst greet them, saying "What can go wrong?" And yea, as it had for Sinclair the Confused, it did. And in the days that followed, a dark force began to make it's presence felt on the station, in the guise of Morden the Villainous. And Morden was the servant of the shadows, andcient enemies of the Vorlons whom had been manipulating the Humans for centuries. And the many races didst send out theiur searches to find evidece of the Shadows. And G'Kar the Evolving didst go out to search for them, and didst find evidence. But alas, no one listened to him, because no one liked the Narns. And a group of Techno-mages didst come to the station. And, in their infinite wisdom, didst try to make Sheridan as Sinclair had become. And when they left, Sheridan was nearly as confused as Siclair had been. And yea, the Centauri known as Refa the Pretty-Darn-Clever-But-Not-Clever-Enough didst come to Babylon 5 to enlist the aid of Londo the One-Liner in taking over their government. And Londo the One-Liner, influenced by Morden the Villainous, didst agree. And in Hyperspace, Keffer the Expendable didst see a ship conrolled by the Shadows. And he didst report what he had seen, and was considered mad. And Invonova the Mad didst kill those who tried to make Mad the title of Keffer the Expendable, and Expendable did he remain. And garibaldi the Problematic didst recieve a message from Sinclair the Confused, who apparently was no longer quite as consued, and had taken the title of Confusing. And Sinclair the Confusing didst confide in Garibaldi the problematic that he had taken the Rangers, a secret Minbari group, and that Garibaldi would be their contact on the station. And Garibaldi didst accept, for it had been a slow week. And it was discovered that the Vorlons were far more advanced than the other races. And the ship of Kosh the Obfuscating didst help to hide a man being hunted by evil humans. And Kosh the Obfuscating didst reveal to Sheridan the Not-Quite-Dead that powerful forces of evil had arisen. And Sheridan didst agree to become the student of Kosh. And Kosh laughed so hard he didst break his eye-piece. And Kosh the Obfuscating didst reveal to Sheridan that the Vorlons had been working with the Minbari to fight the Shadows. Ahd Sheridan didst pledge his alegiance to their cause. And boy, did he feel stupid later. And as the people on the station didst celebrate the end of the year, Keffer the Expendable did live up to his name. And the Shadows were no longer a secret. And the Vorlons didst look down upon their creations. And it was good still pretty good but starting to get a bit messed up. End of Chapter two. But wait! There's more! Coming soon! SEE!
