Let it never be said among our Brotherhood that women are weaker, are
more foolish, are lesser than men, for we know of Ivanava the Strong.

	Where Lies might decieve, she divined the Truth.
	Where Fear might paralyze, she acted.
	Where Weakness might overcome, she held fast.
	Where Sorrow might make one crumble, she stood tall.
	Where Death might strike, she rose whole.
	Where Despair might darken the very stars, she laughed.

Do not think that she knew not these things, for she knew them well.  She
passed through the forge, and emerged bright as tempered steel.

See to her example that 
	the Weak be protected,
	the Sick be healed,
	the Young be nurtured,
	the Ignorant be tutored,
	the Misguided be put aright,
	the Virtuous be strengthened,
	the Enemy may tremble in fear.
