B5 series. I wrote this after witnessing Marcus give his life to save the
commander and was so compelled by his love that I just had to write

A gentle breeze strokes her face

A whisper lost, no longer safe

Past winds hath gone, and hurt, and sought

And with them quite a battle fought

The gentle breeze hath lent itself

To spread the seed so seldom felt

A better half that makes a whole

That bonds with earth to fill the soul

How can the woman be the same

A boundless ocean never tamed

Now her chance hath passed her by

And with it see the whisper die
